‘THE CHURCH’

Together 2026 was held on Sunday 14 June at the Fox Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church.

It was a joy to be together again as a family of Churches in Australia on Sunday 14th June as we gathered for a time of worship, singing and praying together at our one-day conference, ‘Together 2026’! We had the privilege of having multiple special guests from the U.S. join us: Jeff Purswell, Mark Prater, Jared Mellinger and Jon Payne, plus a number of our key leaders from around the world!

We gathered around the theme: ‘The Church, the Dearest Place on Earth’. This is a phrase taken from Charles Spurgeon, one of our historical heroes. But this is not just his sentiment. It reflects the very heart of Christ himself, in that “Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her” (Ephesians 5:25). No one loves the church more than Christ, and as we gathered around his Word and people, we were freshly encouraged to love, cherish and value what is dear and precious to Him.
